Ingredients
2 oz Brookwood Farms Shredded Brisket (#11141)
3 oz Hot Dog
1 Hot Dog Bun
3 tbsp BBQ Sauce
2 oz Coleslaw
Instructions

1. Heat brisket according to directions on the package, keep warm, but set aside.

2. Cook hot dog on a grill or in the skillet until heated through.

3. To serve, place the hot dog in a hot dog bun and baste with BBQ sauce. Top the
hot dog with brisket and coleslaw.
